FILLER MASTERBATCHES
Filler Masterbatches are the core product for compounding of Polyolefin Materials. Not only they reduce the cost of your product but also works to improve the product quality by providing good dispersion, high usage rate and superior processing performance. Surya Masterbatches’ Filler masterbatches are concentrates of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) or Talc in a polymer base. The CaCO3 and talc grades used in our filler masterbatches are of excellent quality allowing improved stiffness, rigidity and resistant surface.

Calcium Filler Masterbatch:
Calcium filler masterbatch are calcium carbonate (CaCO3) based filler compounds used in plastic industries to reduce the cost of end product and to enhance physical properties of the product. These CaCO3 based filler masterbatches reduces cost and works as anti-burn at the die lips at higher loadings. We manufacture Calcium based Filler for PE/PP polymers which have application in production of Raffia woven sacks , Blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding, Non woven & Extrusion coating. This product has many advantages, such as high whiteness & gloss, good dispersion and improved stiffness.
Talc Filler Masterbatch:
TPT is pure natural talc based filler. The end product gives transparency with no whiteness and opacity. It is used in HM films, liners, raffia tape, PP molding furniture, expanded PE Sheet.
Modifier Filler Masterbatch:
Modifier Filler Masterbatch are part of special compounding at Surya Masterbatches for polyolefin extrusion applications. They have ability of improving the Tensile and elongation properties even at higher addition levels of filler Masterbatches. These masterbatch provides increased heat resistance, high stability along with improved strength. Modifier Filler Masterbatch has application, wherever you want to reduce the cost while increasing the physical properties & strength of material, it can be used for Blow/Injection and molding products.
Anti Fibrillation Filler Masterbatch:
Anti-Fibrillation Compound is used in monoaxially oriented tapes/raffia made from PP or HDPE polymers. During production of raffia tapes by extrusion, these tapes can get vertically split and to overcome this problem of splitting/fibrillation, Anti-Fibrillation compound is added. Also Anti- Fibrillation compounds helps reducing overall cost of your product. We also provides Anti- Fibrillation masterbatch in form of additive masterbatch, which can be added in lower proportions to prevent Fibrillation.
